Elite X-SST Division is for the Athlete in all of us. Whether you are a high level athlete or a beginner Elite X-SST is designed to push you to do your best at any given time. Our focus is on over all fitness and health working purely on functional movements such as Balance, Stability, Coordination, Strength, Endurance, Flexibility, Power and Speed. Functional movements are movements that we will perform in everyday life, at work, at home or at play.
